3.2 For Consumers

Consumers agree to:

• Provide accurate information in quote requests
• Communicate professionally with providers
• Honor commitments made to providers
• Provide honest reviews and feedback

4. Platform Fees and Payments

REAN Solar Connect may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to any transaction. Payment terms include:

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors
• Refund policies are determined by individual providers
• Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Attempt to bypass any security features

6. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REAN Solar Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REAN Solar Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Transactions Between Users: REAN Solar Connect is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Disputes arising from transactions should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Disputes with Platform: Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria and resolved in Nigerian courts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request
• At our discretion

12. Changes to Terms
